How to wear them. With a knitted roll-neck and a long coat for the office; with an Oxford shirt and dark loafers for a relaxed dinner.

Size advice. The number corresponds to the waist measurement given by the manufacturer: 28 ≈ 71 cm, 30 ≈ 77 cm, 32 ≈ 83 cm, 34 ≈ 88 cm, 36 ≈ 91 cm, 38 ≈ 96 cm. The elasticated waist gives a few centimetres of leeway; if you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Care. Gentle wash at 30 °C, inside out, or by hand. Do not tumble dry, and iron on low heat with a cloth over the fabric.
